Responsibility

1. Responsible for the planning and operation installation, commissioning & ATP process
2. Ensure the equipment work properly after installation
3. Monitoring progress project subcon or team
4. Update report to Project Manager & Customer
5. Create & Prepare Work Schedule for team & subcon
6. Responsible for control and manage cost of project
7. Responsible for control and manage of resources

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experiences or more in Survey, Design, Installation, Commissioning & ATP on BTS, MW, E-GUARD.
3. Candidate is willing to be assigned in Medan.
4. Candidate’s domicile in Medan is preferred.
5. Required Skill(s): Project Management, ZTE SMARTFREN Project, Installation BTS, Troubleshooting, Budgeting Management, Implementation Project, Leadership Management, Ms. Office
6. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
7. Familiar with ZTE SMARTFREN Project & ZTE Equipment are preferred
8. Candidate must willing to be assigned around Indonesia
9. Have good communication skill with internal and customer
10. Have knowledge in scope of installation, troubleshooting & workload flow of project,
11. Very good command of English is mandatory, Strong leadership management, good analytical skill
12. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Application (especially Excel)
13. Available to join immediately
