CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATION VIETNAM/RUSSIAN

Responsibility

  1. Fluent communication in Vietnam or Russian (speaking, reading and writing)
  2. Translator Vietnam or Russian into Bahasa vice versa
  3. To provide quality customer assistance and support via telephone/chat/mail to bring resolution to escalated customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  4. To provide, maintain & oversee all activities relating to the delivery of a quality service to all clients and support all team members on a daily basis.
  5. Escalate appropriate issues to team leads
  6. Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills and chat etiquette skills


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Have experience Min. 1 year in Customer Service
  3. Good looking, Neat and Great Sound
  4. Have a good communication, polite and good language
  5. Good for administration (filling, database, and Schedule Arrangement)
  6. Computer Literacy (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and PowerPoint)
  7. Fluent communication in Vietnam or Russian (speaking, reading and writing)
