- Project warehouse inbound and outbound document handle and inventory report maintenance.
- Coordination with warehouse team for materials inbound and outbound.
- Project payment document application in system.
- Project reimbursement document maintenance.
- Any other Project documentation work based on arrangement from Project manager.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Business Management, Marketing, or its equivalent
- 3 year(s) experiences in administrative management
- Required Skill(s): Administrative Management, Windows Program, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Office, Computer Literacy
- Well understanding of business practice and rules
- Good at planning and highly motivated and results-oriented individual
- Technically proficient in Ms Office and other Windows-based programs
- Good written and verbal in English & Mandarin
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Applicants must be willing to work in any area as company request
