PROJECT COORDINATOR – CENTRAL JAVA

Responsibility

  1. Coordination with PIC and PM about any implementation issue (Plan, Target, Problem)
  2. Coordination with PIC arranging daily progress including resource and vehicle arrangement to fulfill costumer satisfaction
  3. Daily Monitor and Coordination with team on field to help problem solving and get best res         ult
  4. Control tools and asset distribution, arrangement and collection
  5. Do close communication with PIC, Engineer & TL, sharing knowledge, discussing any problem & obstacle they’ve found, giving suggestion, help problem solving Escalate issue and problem during project to PM and discuss to solve it
  6. Monitor and manage project schedule and budget distribution and Ensure all progress meet requirements and objective
  7. Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines
  8. Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities
  9. Prepare Summary Result of New Infilling Progress and Submit to Superior
  10. Implements the system by building networks of cooperation for each segment
  11. Support PM Creating Teams based on competencies and skills and give Task Assignment based on the competencies of the team members


Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  2. Candidate lives in Central Java
  3. Candidate shall willing to be assigned to other area based on project requirement
  4. At least 3 Year(s) of working experiences or more in Survey, Design, Installation,Commissioning & ATP on BTS, MW, E-GUARD.
  5. Required Skill(s): Project Management, Installation BTS & MW, Troubleshooting, Budgeting Management, Implementation Project, Leadership Management, Ms. Office
  6. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  7. Familiar with Telkomsel, Smartfren Project & ZTE Equipment are preferred
  8. Have good communication skill with internal and customer
  9. Have knowledge in scope of installation, troubleshooting & workload flow of project
  10. Fluent in English (oral and written) is mandatory, Strong leadership management, good analytical skill
  11. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Application (especially Excel)
  12. Available to join immediately


Additional Information

Company will provide:
1. Home base in each Region
2. Travel arrangement from origin city recruit to assigned project city.
Company will chose candidate based on domicile.
Each Region will prefer the candidate with same domicile.

Interview will be set into 3 phases:
– Interview by phone with Recruitment Team
– Interview by phone with User project
– Interview Face to Face with Manager.
