Responsibility

1. Lead and coordinate the national-level warroom for the ZTE IOH MW project.
2. Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and make sure targets are achieved.
3. Coordinate with regional teams, subcontractors, and the IOH team.
4. Prepare and present progress reports (daily, weekly, and issue escalation).
5. Drive fast and accurate resolution of technical and non-technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of ZTE MW.
• Familiar with ZTE Projects, especially MW projects.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as PIC Warroom/Coordinator.
• Minimum D3 in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Good command of English, both passive and active.
